In the first phase, the 13th and 14th in the table are relegated to series B of the basketball league next year.
So, In the second phase known as the Sinalco Superliga, 8 teams compete for 4 places to play in the playoffs.
The Playoffs, semi-finals are 3 round-trip games and the final is 5 games until the grand champion is defined.

So, the current champion of the Serbian Basketball League is Red Estela Belgrade (Košarkaški klub Crvena zvezda ).
Adding a total of 19 titles, including the former Yugoslav League, the Montenegro league and other national ones.
