The IndyCar Series basically operates initially with 36 drivers and a total of 12 teams.
Around 1/3 of the races are held on oval circuits, which has been the traditional form of the championship itself since 1910.
Another 1/3 of this competition can take place in a mixed way, thus mixing race tracks along with the street.
The rest of the competitions are held on street circuits, which generates great adrenaline due to their difficulty.
The IndyCar Series mixes different track and competition formats, selecting the best drivers in the category.
